Nissa MacLean Lives alone in Ocean Breeze, with just a few cottages around her. Most were not lived in year round, but Nissa and her neighbor Louise Sinclair did live there all the time. Louise was looking forward to a visit from her half brother, Alexander Xandro Karagiannis. When Xandro first meets Nissa, he thought she was the cleaning lady. But Nissa thought he was gorgeous.

Alexander Xandro Karagiannis is from Greece and lives in New York. He was just coming down to Ocean Breeze for a few days to visit his sister, when he meets Nissa. Xandro has his own Island in Greece and several houses in other areas of the United States. He is a very big businessman, and very busy.

Xandro falls immediately in love with Nissa, but Louise sits him down to explain the troubles her young friend Nissa has been through, and warns Xandro not to play with Nissa heart. He is upset by the things he is told, but understands he must be careful and take time with Nissa.

This is one great love affair. With a secondary love affair of Louise and Nissa’s publisher Philip, this book is endearing to those of us who love a slow played out amour. Ms. Hofman has giving us what each of us desires; love. With a great flair for tall dark and handsome men, this book is top notch.
