Asher believes his boyfriend Derek is about to leave him, and he is not sure what to do. When Derek says something about spicing up their sex life, he wonders if Derek has found someone else.

Derek feels that he and Asher have gotten in a rut and after their recent tryst in an elevator, he knows that something different just may bring excitement back to their sex life. But only if Asher will agree.

After making his suggestion to Asher and getting no for an answer, Derek storms out, only to return hours later from work with a coworker in tow and to find Asher still awake. He knows Ash is upset that he has been discussing their private life with someone else, but the proposition Dean and Derek have for Asher may change his mind.

This is a quick, steamy read. I also thoroughly enjoyed it. I was surprised that a short story such as this has such well developed characters. Their emotions and reactions are well-written and what you would expect from a situation they are faced with. Overall, this is a great read.
