Lottie Santori is the only daughter of a big Italian family; she has five older brothers who think she does not need a love life. When Lottie got a chance to get out of Chicago on an assignment job, she took it. Lottie is looking forward to this job as well a little romance on the side; she never dreamed she would find them both at the same place.

Simon Lebeaux is a writer for travel magazines and up until a few months ago was doing okay. Now he has inherited this old Hotel known as the Seaton House which he is determined to use as personal space and has since shut down the Hotel part and has secluded his self up here on this mountain in Pennsylvania. He has just begun to think he is truly losing his mind with the moving of objects, ghosts and such, when Lottie Santori shows up at his door.

Simon has become a recluse and loves it that way. But from his migraines to the ghostly paranormal things that have been happening; Simon believes he is losing his mind. Then Lottie Santori shows up at his door and try as he could, he could not get rid of her. Simon knows once she learns what he had done she would run the other way; but Simon loved the sunshine and life Lottie brought in with her and soon their nights are on fire. But things started happening again, and soon Lottie knew of his past, but instead of running away, she charged ahead with him to prove Simon Lebeaux is not losing his mind but instead was in danger of being killed.

What a stupendous story! This story grabs you from the beginning and will not let you go until the end. I adored the heroine in this tale so much, she was tough and had a fabulous look on life, and like Simon even I could feel the sunshine off of her. Exceptional characters bring this story to life with some very spine chilling acts and extreme danger. The chemistry between Simon and Lottie was so hot my glasses fogged up. This was one sexy entertaining tale. This author has other books that hold some of big handsome Santori brothers, and this reader will be looking for every one.
