Diane is unable to remember anything from the last five years. Apparently she was happy, something that she had not been since the accidental death of her young daughter.

Alric is a centuries old warrior, desperately in love with his wife Diana, who cannot remember him. Since she is the only thing that keeps him civilized, he needs her to recover her memory soon.

A psychic vampire attack leaves Diane with no memory of the last five years. She wakes from a coma to find herself in an isolated cabin with an intimidating seven foot tall man she has never seen before. He tells her that he is her husband and that they have been married for the last five years, but there is a lot that he is not telling her.

I will definitely be checking out the rest of this series. The author has really hooked me with Diane and Alric’s story and hints of previous works. The plot is full of romance, hot sex scenes and action and danger. I am not entirely sure what the Immortal Warriors are yet, but am determined to read back and find out. Diane and Alric are great characters that had my interest and sympathy. I was surprised by Karnage; I never expected to feel sorry for him but did and am looking forward to finding out what happens next.
