This is the eighth book in the Cahill series and even though related, they all stand alone easily. Ms. Joyce has penned the ultimate in cases for Francesca to solve. From the moment you open this book you are enthralled by the mystery that starts it all. Fascinating characters and a twisted plot add all the excitement, while romance and secrets add the necessary intrigue. For this reader this is my favorite of the series, but I am also anxiously waiting for her next Cahill book.
