Kaya Cordova wants only to make the winning bid on a very special piece of
Copperplate that she has come across at an auction. Her plans are thwarted when she
is outbid by a sexy blond hunk of a man. As she attempts to talk him into selling her the
piece so that her boss at Kim's Uniques will be happy, Kaya gets to know Jestin and
must face her deep attraction to him.
There is much more to Jestin Draig than meets the eye. He knows when he meets Kaya
that there is something special about her and does his best to charm her. The more
time they spend together, the more he is convinced that they are destined for each
other. He hopes that she will be able to accept all of him after she learns his quirks and
secrets.
Dragons and Dungeons presents a fresh new twist on the dragon myth that I found to be
exhilerating. The Michigan setting is comfortably familiar to me and it makes a nice
backdrop for the suspenseful plot. The auction makes a nice beginning to a story full of
intrigue and hot sex. The copperplate is an effective plot device. At first I wanted the
heroine to get her hands on it, but then as the story developed, I changed my mind. The
plotine is fascinating. My eyes were riveted to the pages until the very end.
I loved this book. Ms. Taylor is a gifted author with a creative imagination and a knack
for creating hunky heroes that really grab my attention. I would love to read more about
dragon men like Jestin and I sincerely hope that there will be related books in the future.
Dragons and Dungeons presents a fresh new twist on the dragon myth that I found to be
absolutely exhilarating. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys tales of sexy alpha
men and the women who love them.
