Bridget Cree is regretting the hurtful words she said to her husband, and wishing with all her heart that she will see him again. She, along with their son Jaelin, is faithfully waiting on Terra for him to return.

Kamerone Cree is a reaper; he has a parasite that changes him into a beast. He has been captured by enemies who have become friends, and is on his way back to Rysalia. He is missing his wife and son terribly, but knows that he must follow through with his plan or his other sons will die horrible deaths.

When Kamerone finally arrives at his home world, all is not as it seems. There are both enemies and friends of which he is unaware. Getting himself, the women he has befriended, and his sons off the planet will be the hardest task he has ever performed. The unexpected is the rule of the day and includes interference from unseen friends, enemies, goddesses, and humanity from Terra at its stupidest. Will he survive long enough to return to Terra and his family? Can he save the ones he returned for, and those who have chosen to ally with him, or will he fail?

Evil Wind is the best kind of space opera there is! This book has everything from true love, to space battles, to shape shifters. It combines the best traits for space opera and is a book that you cannot put down until you have read the last page. Action is rampant throughout and keeps the story flowing in a smooth fashion. The love scenes are realistic and hot in the extreme. The author does an excellent job of interspersing love scenes throughout the book in just the right places. This is a book that is not to be missed!
