Cole Jordan had loved only one woman in his life, Charley. He had made love to her and

he did he did for Charley.
Charley, independent and strong minded, runs her own business, the Red Dog Saloon.
In order to expand, she sold half to an investment company, never dreaming that her
new partner would turn out to be Cole Jordan. The man she had loved so many years
ago, the man who betrayed and destroyed her trust.
Cole has plans for the town that he used to call home. In fact, he never stopped thinking
of it as his home; he always knew he would be back. Now all he has to do is convince
Charley he has always loved her. However, when he tells her the reason he left, will it
ruin the trust that was beginning to build between them?
Ms. Allred has done an excellent job bringing these two strong personalities together.
She has added intrigue and threats into the mix. She tests the bonds of their love and
makes them both the stronger for it. The reader cannot help turning those pages and
rooting for the two lovers to live happily ever after. It is hard to put down even when it is
bedtime and you have to get up early. I really enjoyed reading this. It is one of the rare
few I will read over again.
