The characters were believable and the secondary characters created a magnificent story that I could not put down. I loved the part when Lindsay realized her feelings for Jake. This story really touched my heart. Jake truly has a heart of gold. This is a page-turner and incredibly written. Heart of Gold is a sweet inspirational romance that is a delight for any reader. It is refreshing to read such inspirational stories in our day and age. Ms. Goings has a way in telling a story that draws you in like a magnet from the beginning all the way to the end. An incredible love story with two incredible people discovering the love of God and their love for one another as they struggle with life’s hardships and happiness. And that first kiss made me swoon.
