Jane Norman is frustrated and has finally had enough. She is going to do something about the man she loves. Jane cooks up a plan to find out if anything could ever come of her and Ethan.
Ethan Oldham is the assistant chief of police, and cannot believe when he is called out to a crime scene at his old friend Jane’s building. He could never figure out why Jane drifted away from him, but now that he is back in her life he is going to find out why.
Jane had a plan; she was going to send Ethan erotic Valentines every week for six weeks in hopes that he would find his way into finally returning the affection she has felt for him for years. But when Jane’s Stationary and Scrapbooking store keeps being vandalized, Ethan finds himself being more than just an old friend and cop helping Jane out. Their relationship quickly turns into much more than either of them are willing to admit to the other.
With hot steamy prose and long, sometimes romantic love scenes, Hot Mail burns up the pages leaving the reading wanting more. This is defiantly a book that has it all, love, sex, mystery, and suspense. It does not take long to get sucked right into this story, where you find yourself frustrated and satisfied all at the same time. Janice Maynard knows how to write a steamy hot romance, and this book is no exception.
