Sarina Sanchez has loved and lost. The only man she will ever love dumped her for his ex-fiancé, leaving her heartbroken. Now she is back in her hometown and working for his company, but determined never to fall for Jackson again.

Jackson Hughes has been miserable in his marriage to Leslie. He still loves Sarina and dreams of what life would be like with her. Sarina is back in town and his marriage is over. Will he have a second chance?

Sarina and Jackson are deeply in love but it seems that they are doomed never to be together. Circumstances and tragedies always tear them apart until things finally come to a head.

The characters in this story are not always very likable. Sarina is just a little too good to be true. Jackson is incredibly selfish, as is Leslie. Brant seems to have multiple personalities. The only two I consistently liked were Nathalie and Marcus, and I wish they had a bigger part of the story. The storyline is good, although at points it gets a little melodramatic. Soap opera is not a bad thing at all. The climax is very exciting and the dialogue very well written.
