After running to Kenji's cabin in the mountains to hide, Matt, Kenji and Lena's powers collide and combine. When they share more than just a bed, feelings of loss creep into Kenji's and Matt's minds, but Lena is caught in the middle and knows the only way to solve this is to leave. When they are called in to rescue two witches, it becomes clear that one of the witches is just a pawn and the other merely a victim. But will including Giorgio in their circle help Matt when Lena decides to leave?

Oh goodness! This is one hot book. The world Ms. Rivers creates is so believable and the characters are well defined and have so much depth. I do not think I have ever before been this intrigued by a book. Ms. Rivers gives her reader's a world that they will want more of... much more. This is magical writing at its best. I for one am on the edge of my seat waiting for the sequel. I have no problem giving this book the highest rating.
