Candice Sullivan has just lost her mother, who was in a coma, after a long battle. After losing her dad in the accident and caring for her comatose mother, Candice took on a couple of jobs just to pay the medical bills. Paralegal by day for gorgeous boss Thaddeus Jones, and bartender by night at a local Irish pub.

Dan Kerry is the owner of the only Irish pub in town and has recently hired Candice full time. After her mother died, she wanted a different change of pace. The only problem is, he is very attracted to her and does not want to be. He cannot stop thinking of her.

Candice is in a dilemma. She is attracted to both her bosses, former boss Thad Jones, an attorney at law, and boss Dan Kerry. What is a woman to do, with such a hard choice to make? Does she have to decide now whom she wants, or can she play with both, at least for a while? Final problem: someone is out to get Candice and she has to turn to her admirers for help. Both want her, but now it is decision time, Dan or Thad or BOTH maybe?

This was something a bit different for me, in that it starts off with an indecisive Candice having to make a choice in the opening scene. We follow that through the book and can only hope that her choices are the right ones. I did enjoy this as it shows us her two choices: Thad, the polished side, and the rough uncut side Dan. The dilemma awaits the reader but I am not going to give it away. You will just have to pick it up for yourself.
