One Lust Weekend by Linda Lael Miller
Joanna Darby is the mother of an adult daughter, a cookbook author and the soon to be ex-wife of Teague Darby. They were college sweetheart who after a number of years together have managed to allow their marriage to drift apart.
When Teague Darby reached his forties, he became a cliché and bought a sports car. He sold his successful business and is now suing his almost ex-wife Joanna for custody of their beloved dog. However, Teague is starting to question how he and Joanna have managed to reach this point in their lives.
After an unsuccessful session with their divorce lawyer Joanna and Teague, end up at their cottage. A storm brews stranding them and the two finally communicate, discovering their love again and their sexual desires.
This is a love story showing how easy a happy couple can let daily life pull them apart, almost destroying them. However, when a second chance occurs everyone should grab it and not let go. You might even get a little surprise for your efforts.

Before he knows it, they are heating up the sheets. Will a repeat of the past happen again or can these two lovers find happiness?
Blazing hot, that is how Nick and Lexie are together. This story is a scorcher and one that every reader will eat up. Ms. Apodaca does a fantastic job with this tale and I plan to checkout more of her work.
My Kind of Town by Shelly Laurenston
Deputy Kyle Treharne of seaside Smithville, North Carolina has a special secret about himself. He has a problem with Yankees but changes his tune when he comes to the rescue of a little witch named Emma Lucchesi.
Emma Lucchesi is an accountant. She is also a witch with The Coven of the Darkest Night. Emma shows up in Smithville to correct a mistake her coven might have made. In the process, she becomes entangled with the sexy deputy Kyle Treharne.
Believing her coven has unleashed something from hell, Emma tries to fix the problem. Lawman Kyle wants to know what Emma is up to so he keeps her close at hand. Of course, this leads to them exploring their lava flowing lust for each other. However, these two are keeping secrets from each other until everything erupts and all comes out in the open.
Funny, delicious and arousing is a wonderful way to describe this story. Kyle is one luscious policeman and Emma is definitely hell-on-wheels. Ms. Laurenston is a great storyteller with lots of imagination.
This anthology is about love and relationships. We may mess them up but with determination and love, they, just maybe, can be fixed and happiness obtained.
