Genevieve Wallace is a diver, one of the best. She knows the ocean off the Florida coast like the back of her hand. At least she used to think she did, until she realized there is something in the ocean with her that nobody but her can see or explain. Can a ghost help you find buried treasure, and if so, what price will she ask in return?

Thor Thompson is a treasure hunter and a diver who prides himself on his level head. When the pretty diver bobs to the surface babbling about ghosts, he thinks she is insane. He keeps thinking it right up until unexplained things begin happening to him as well. How long can he resist the lure of the dangerously attractive woman who has a ghost leading her to buried treasure?

Genevieve ‘Gen’ Wallace is a ‘Conch’ through and through. She just does not believe in all the legends that abound in the Florida Keys. But someone, or something, wants her to believe and will not give up until she does. At first, she thinks that someone put a mannequin in the water to scare her, but soon she dreams of a ghost that warns her about a watery death and pirates. Then there is the seawater that soaks her sheets. She runs straight into the arms of Thor Thompson, who is all too happy to give her shelter, though he thinks she is crazy. While Thor is unwilling to believe in the supernatural, until he has a brush with it himself, he must race against the clock to save Gen from a killer that has been waiting for just the right time to strike.

This mystery builds slowly before grabbing you by the throat and making you finish reading. I had three main suspects by the middle, none of which was correct. I highly recommend this book for those who like romance, suspense, and a great locale all combined to spice up their reads. Thor and Gen are wonderfully antagonistic and fun at the beginning, and heat up even more because of it. The mystery keeps you guessing, and the return of the characters from Ghost Walk was wonderful too. The Vision is a great beach book, with the beach already included.
