BOYS OF SUMMER
4th August 2009
Contemporary/ gay lesbian romance
Rating: 5 Cups
Hunter Willis is in love with his best friend, but he is not handling the situation very well. Not only that but Max is a virgin who loves Hunter very much but does not want to make love until Hunter is ready to come out and make a commitment.
Maxwell Daniels is gay and is comfortable with it. He has loved Hunter for a long time and has the patience to wait until Hunter is ready to admit to himself and their friends how he feels.
Max has a lot of fear to deal with; mainly his fears are what he presumes people will think or how he expects them to react to him being gay. The only strength his can find in himself is his love for Max. Couple that with his pride that Max chose him and Hunter can just about fight his way through any situation.
Hot! Hot! Hot! is the only way to describe Ms Davis’ book. Hot men in a hot location sharing some hot and steamy love. Hunter has some major issues to work through and that is what this story is about; his thoughts and feelings as he falls hard and fast for the drop dead gorgeous Max. Love from a man’s point of view a new and fun experience I will happily share with anyone who will listen.
