Marian is a science teacher with a broken heart. After finding her soon to be husband in bed with another woman, she moves away from her old life only to find that she has moved into a haunted house and the ghost wants her for his own.
Jon has been cursed since his death a hundred years ago. After failing to save his fiancée or himself from a watery death, Jon was given a second chance at life. Well sort of, every time he is allowed to leave his grave he can only have sex 3 times before he is forced back. In that time, he must find true love to break the curse.
A science teacher does not believe in ghosts let alone a ghost who likes to tie her up and spank her. But can she trust him any more than she could trust the two timing coward she was supposed to marry?
As my first dominant ghost, Jon is both intriguing and lovable. His out spoken manner shows his age and somewhat outdated views. His strength comes in his ability to change. Marian has a quiet strength that compliments Jon even if she does not realize it and fights him at every turn. By bringing them together, Ms Locke has given us a magical tale of hope and true love.
