Sebastian Radley loves women, but does not want a commitment. When he finds out that Alyssa does not want the date with him, his pride is hurt, so he pushes. What Seb learns is that Alyssa is not like the fluff he is used to dating, and wants to get to know her better. The trouble is, Alyssa wants nothing to do with him.

As Seb and Alyssa get to know each other, Alyssa finds that Seb is not as uncaring as she thought. Still, she is not ready to have a relationship with him. But when one night leads to a very passionate night of intimacy, Alyssa decides to pull back because she knew that Seb would never want a relationship, and Alyssa would settle for nothing less.

This a superbly written romance, with warm and witty characters. Real to life comparisons and excellent dialogue with a colorful storyline carries this story, as the steamy romance blends in to pull this tale together. All the flair and drama you expect to find in a medical romance is totaled in this tale. An excellent read to end a long day with.
