When you are an author of erotic romance novels, sometimes you need a little inspiration. Rebecca Roth’s theory ‘write what you know’ made her very successful at what she did. Now, she needs to know something new and she has a plan to get it.
What is better than having a job for a romance novelist who knows you are vital to their work? That’s what Zoe thinks every time Rebecca fires, then re-hires her. But after Rebecca starts making dumb decisions about the two new men she’s interested in, forcing Zoe to intervene, she just might end up fired for good.
Rebecca is a strong, sassy woman that knows what she wants and is willing to do what it takes to get it. Kevin is intrigued by this sassy, forward woman and he just might know how to fulfill her plans. Vince comes home to a surprise that lasts all night, only to lose it in the morning when the relationship wary, Rebecca sneaks out before he wakes up. It will take some creative interference from a well-meaning Personal Assistant to fix this Menage.
Rebecca is an amazingly strong character with hangups that make her incredibly realistic and more likable. Zoe is the well-meaning friend that everyone needs. Vince and Kevin are beautiful, financially stable guys that every girl is looking for. Together they make a great story, with interesting interactions and very enjoyable encounters. Everything comes together very nicely in this short story with realistic happy ever after possibilities in the not too distant future.
