All Cheryl Rubio wanted to do was get her three year-old son some gifts for the upcoming holiday. But her spirit took a sudden dive when she realized that all of the money was gone from her and her husband Mark's joint account.

Kevin Lawson loved Cheryl and dreamed of marrying her. After she broke his heart, he left but continuously thought of how his first love was doing in life.

When Cheryl comprehends the gravity of her situation and the fact that her husband has a problem, her world begins to spin out of control. Not sure what she is going to do, Cheryl reaches out one day and finds Kevin, her first love waiting for her. With his gentle support and guidance, her son may be able to have a great Christmas yet. Will the holiday for miracles extend to Cheryl and Kevin as well?

Online Angel is a good book mixed with some less than stellar points. While Kelly Abell has the strong storyline of past loves, I was slightly disappointed with how quickly the plot moved along. I could not get a real feel for how strong Cheryl and Kevin’s feelings were for each other as I felt the story was rushed. I do love how Kevin comes to the rescue. I must add that all of the overwhelming feelings portrayed in the prologue are an amazing way to start the story off.
