You may pick this novel up expecting to read some really great erotic romance, but it is so much more. The secrets of the island and the suspense leading up to the final chapter are as riveting as any mystery novel. My only concern is that some of those mysteries I felt remained unresolved. Despite that, the characters are every bit as arousing and stimulating as the storyline, which is the mark of a truly imaginative author.
