Wonderfully written and with descriptions that will make the reader feel as though they are there in the different cities watching the characters. Truly amazing reading and a story that begins the chronicle of a love I am sure will linger. In this first of five books, Ms. Heaton gives us the background on both the main characters and does an excellent job of telling their stories. Each one is unique and each one fiercely loyal to the other. This book will leave you wanting more and impatiently waiting for the next installment.
