RESTRAINING THE RECEPTIONIST
The Receptionist, Book 2

Erotic Romance; BDSM; Ménage & More
Rating: 3 Cups
Dana Arthur has a new job as a receptionist for the firm Cowell & Dirk. Her duties include more than answering telephones and taking notes.
Simon Dirk has been trained by Ethan Cowell when it comes to matters of sex and kink. While he must always be present when his role model gives Dana certain tasks, he knows that it is not Ethan’s true nature.
Ethan Cowell is a true master when it comes to handing out punishments and rewards, especially when it comes to the succulent Dana. But he is tired of always having to wait until Simon is present to dole out the sensual delights.
When Simon unexpectedly finds himself leaving the firm to go on a business trip, Dana knows that she is in trouble. Ethan’s arrogant mannerism and bossy nature may have her fighting his every word, but Dana knows she will have to pay for each sassy word that slips past her lips. She is hoping that the agreement between Dana, Ethan, and Simon will hold strong but she should have known better. When it comes to the master of their relationship, Ethan always gets what he wants and more than anything he wants Dana on his terms not hers.
The sex scenes were intense as Juniper Bell uses vivid details and colorful scenarios to paint this multiple partner relationship. Restraining the Receptionist is a tale right out of many people’s own fantasies. This is the second book in the series and I felt as if I were missing some very pertinent information when trying to understand the dynamics of this threesome. I did not always grasp what roles Ethan and Simon played when it came to dealing with each other. Overall, this was not a bad read but I feel I may have enjoyed it more if I had read the first novel in the series.
