In the exceedingly, stimulating and supernatural book Soul Mates: Bound by Love vampires get a new look. I was completely enthralled by the union of Peter and Lucien. These two vibrant male characters were so close to reality it was eerie. Peter with his hesitance but curiosity towards Lucien and Lucien in his pursuit and eventual love towards Peter. Every interaction between these leading men was scrumptious as well as frightening. From Peter’s first night haunting by Lucien to their first tryst, I was taken away by the realism presented in a supernatural world. Ms. Lane’s captivating take on vampire stories by adding unrestrained twists of sex in superb and extremely arousing scenes gives this book its well-earned rating.
