STARLIGHT, STARBRIGHT Adina Starlight has been cheating people to survive in this world as a so-called medium. She hates lying but feels there is no other way to make enough money. Jack Star is the man who falls from the sky naked into the living room of Adina Starlight. He is her wishing star, the one she made a wish on tonight. As a child, Adina was gifted and could see things and she even had real honest to goodness ‘vision’. But disillusioned with life and love, she lost that power and started her medium business to make a living, even though she cannot usually sense anything. Jack comes falling into her life when she makes a wish upon a star. His star, he is her star literally in the flesh, all glowing. He shows her what she has been missing lately in her life by not using her sight and shows her that getting her sight back, believing, and living and loving is all in her future if she wants it. This is a very fast and fun read, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. It shows us the wonder of believing and faith in things we might not see but is there before us after all. Love is one of them and we all deserve a bit of happiness if we do not sabotage ourselves with doubt and fear and negativity. I know I will definitely start wishing on a star, out loud of course. I also loved that Adina gets what she wished for but in an unexpected way. So be very careful what you wish for as you just might get it! Lainey
