THE MORNING AFTER
Honky Tonk Hearts Series

Abigail Martin wakes up hung over with a throbbing headache, all from a great night of drinking and dancing at the Lonesome Steer Honky Tonk where her best friend’s wedding takes place. This is to be expected. But what is not expected is the red-haired stranger still snoozing away in her bed. What is even more shocking is, when he wakes up, he tells her they are married.
When Bobby Stockwood saw Abigail the night before, he immediately fell for the bewitching beauty, and could not wait to make her his. Does it really matter that the marriage is not technically binding, since Bobby knows he loves her and that they are meant for each other?
Abigail is definitely skeptical, but their chemistry is undeniable and as she spends more time getting to know Bobby, she finds herself falling for him more and more. But just as she begins to believe in happily-ever after, she uncovers something that threatens to tear them apart for good.
This is a really fun read that is based on falling in love at first sight. Abigail and Bobby are extremely likeable characters and they have great attraction between them. The western setting is realistic and adds strength to the storyline. The story flows very naturally and is well-paced; I even held my breath towards the climatic scenes near the end. I heartily recommend this book.
