Maddy Cardinale is an art restorer and adores her job. She finds Cash Vinci quite delectable and enjoyable then other times he exasperates and gets under her skin.

Cash Vinci works with Maddy at her prestigious New York Museum. He has a take-charge attitude that he loves to exhibit to her.

When Maddy accepted the job at the Regent Museum in New York, she had no idea the sexy, handsome Cash would irritate her to no ends. He has unbelievable charisma but can be so annoying. When an unusual painting arrives at the museum and releases magic through the canvas, she and Cash spin back to the 1940’s. They find themselves working in a posh nightclub similar to the one in the painting where the people seem to know Cash. Unfortunately, the club sells more than drinks and since everyone believes that Maddy is engaged to Cash, she does not have to offer the male clientele more than a dance. In no time, they are caught in the midst of fighting envious gangsters and adversaries. They work together to try to disentangle the mystery of the painting while unleashing their true feelings for the other hoping to reach the present before it is too late.

Two Lives in Waltz Time is a swirling read with a great plot and exciting characters. This page-turner is so detailed and lovely that it puts the reader into the center of the story. The banter between the characters is great. Ms. Dean brings life to her words and creates credibility in her story making a tingling read that really enhances. She blends love, romance, action and everything into this story that reaches out and consumes the reader. This is an extraordinary read.
