VALLEY OF THE DUDES
LGBT; M/M Erotic Romance
Rating: 5 Cups
Rush Goodwin works at a small practice in Connecticut but he dreams of bigger things. When he is offered a job at a prestigious entertainment law firm in New York he jumps at the chance.
Lance Sharp is a great lawyer, a handsome man, and one of Rush’s new bosses. When he meets the junior lawyer, he knows there is something about him that calls to Lance and makes him want to claim him as his own.
But like everything else in life, the road to their success story is never easy. Along the way they will come across great friends, greater obstacles, and bitter disappointments. They meet up-and-coming stars that crash and burn while battling pills, booze, sickness, and even death. Through it all Lance and Rush must find a way to deal with their own rocky relationship in the hopes that they will be able to hang on to one another through it all.
Valley of the Dudes is an emotional roller coaster ride that will keep you on edge until the very end. Ryan Field breathes life into his story and makes it so realistic that the reader cannot help but feel each emotional wave the characters experience. The battles that Rush and Lance go through are only the beginning of the story; there are so many more complex scenarios within the pages that you feel as if you are watching a dynamic soap opera come to life. This is one outstanding read that will suck you in and have you aching, crying, laughing, and celebrating each and every time one of the characters struggles or overcomes a great obstacle within their lives.
