Max Kellerman and Vince Jenkins meet as freshmen on their first day of college and both decide to pledge the gay fraternity on campus. They become friends and help each other through the initiation process of Delta Lambda Lambda. Max is a legacy pledge since his brother Ken graduated from the university as a member of Delta Lambda, which nearly guarantees acceptance. Max hopes that his new friend, Vince will also be accepted.

Will Max and Vince make it through the many traditions of initiation to become fraternity brothers as well as friends? Will they find love within Delta Lambda Lambda in spite of strong forces within the house?
