“Something distracts you, Phillip?” Mari’sa asked. He sat back upon his haunches and gazed upward at the worried man, the semierect cock still clutched in his hand.
“I’m sorry,” Phillip softly apologized. “I guess you’d better stop until I tell you what’s on my mind, since it involves your safety, too.”
His lover stood up, and sitting beside him, draped a long arm over his broad shoulders. Phillip braced himself to divulge the terrible truth. Leaning into Mari’sa’s hug, he took comfort in the alien’s higher body temperature. He took a quick breath and a sigh wisped out from between his clenched teeth.
“I was approached by a foreman yesterday,” Phillip began quietly. “We were accidentally discovered the other day in the shed.”
“You should have told me this earlier. This is both very unfortunate and most disheartening,” Mari’sa remarked in a hurt tone, paling from light blue to nearly white. “What does this person plan on doing about it?”
“I…met them later on in a bar. The foreman told me that they, too, were gay and our secret is safe for now.”
“So why do you not thicken from the pleasure I have tried to give you? Do I not please you anymore?”
“Of course you do! It’s just that she didn’t come in to work today. I’m concerned that she got caught by the police and chemically interrogated! If that’s true, we could be in grave danger,” he admitted.
A cold nervous shiver skipping up his spine made goose bumps break out all over his bare flesh.
“The authorities would have torn the information from her by now,” Mari’sa put forth with a softening smile. “I think she was just ill. If it is who I assume it is, I heard Mr. Appollino tell Doris that she had called in sick. I assume that the other foreman was supposed to tell you.”
“It figures. That woman hates both me and Marlene. You’re quite a clever one, aren’t you?”
“We I’leana can hear a pin drop at two hundred of your meters.”
“So those long, gorgeous ears aren’t just for decoration?” Phillip kidded his lover.
“No, and I think you worry over nothing. Marlene will not expose us without condemning herself as well.”
“Yeah, I suppose that’s true.”
“Shall we begin again?” Mari’sa asked shyly.
The softly spoken question caused a tremor of delicious excitement to rush through Phillip’s body.
