the Serrll government.
Second Scout Terrllss-rr is tasked to find the raider base and expose
Palean's duplicity. Forced to battle a Fleet ship that leaves them both
badly damaged, Terr is lead to confront forces that threaten to
destabilize the Serrll itself.
