Chip is devastated when the house of his dreams is sold, ending the fantasies he entertains on his morning run.   

An invitation to dinner from Darius, the home's new owner, provides Chip and his lover, Ariel, with an inside tour of the house.  Darius, all charm and sophistication, invites them to an exclusive celebration.  A sultry summer's eve, a sacrificial virgin, and heady wine all conspire to devolve the evening into an orgy Chip and Ariel are helpless to resist.

The next day Chip begins to wonder what exactly happened.  A second dinner invitation brings both intrigue and suspicion. Events beyond Chip's imaginings are fast coming together--and unless Chip can resist temptation he may lose everything.
