Lazarus Cane series—Book 2.

Ellie Morris is being watched. A strange force is occupying her home, watching her shower, watching her dress, but the time for watching has ended. Is Ellie Morris haunted, or is the dark presence in her home something more terrifying?

Scott Cane, the shape-shifting vigilante, sets his sights on a new killer. Despite his new life, the darkness within is growing. Two predators are about to converge, leaving one dead and the other scarred.

Michael Faust is the long awaited sequel to Lazarus Cane.

Excerpt:
Yellow teeth appeared. Their jagged shape told of years without proper care, and yet somehow the edges looked intentional—as if filed off to appear more sinister.

Ellie Morris stared in disbelief as her hands were clasped. In less than a second she was spun around—her arms bound behind her. She saw her own frightened reflection in the mirror—wrists crossed around her back, her face pressed into the bedding. She felt the carpet slide under her toes as the ghost kicked her heels in opposite directions.

“Why are you doing this?” she cried—struggling against the ghost with black eyes and yellow teeth.

ithout thinking, she pressed her foot against the air where his legs should be. His manhood pressed against her smooth naked flesh. With all her strength, she took a chance. Maneuvering her heel inside his legs, she lifted it with a mighty grunt. Her heel contacted loose skin and she knew that she hit home.

The pressure on her hands released as the entity howled in pain. Quickly, Ellie climbed across the bed and fell face first off the other side. Springing to her feet, she ran to the French doors that led out to her deck. She peeked behind her as she opened them—no longer seeing the eyes or teeth.

The night air hit her as she sprinted naked across the patio and looked down to the bushes below. She had to jump, there was no other choice. She straddled the concrete railing—scraping the soft flesh between her legs. She looked down for only a second before letting go—closing her eyes to the inevitable impact. An impact that never came.

Cautiously, Ellie opened her eyes—only to find herself floating in the air. Warm hands held her tight by one arm and one leg.—Her body hung spread eagle against the warm Miami air.

“Please,” she cried. “Take what you want from me, but please don’t.”
