Memories

Author(s): Blossom Taber

Born in the late 18th century, Blossom lived through the Great Depression, World War II, and many other memorable events. She outlived her five husbands, and all her siblings, finally passing after living to be one hundred and three years old. Blossom believed in working hard to get ahead, and survived poverty on faith and discipline, inspiring everyone she met to live a better life through peace and understanding. She claimed to not only belive in Angels, but to have seen them. She spread God's word through both her actions and her faith.

Dropping out of school after completing only the 6th grade, she worked in a factory sewing clothing to help support her family. Her memories of life, death, and the trials she suffered were recorded in the poems she spent her life writing.

This is a book of poems she wrote over her lifetime recording her memories, with special notes from her great grandchild.
