I wanted to be a doctor, and I actually finished two years of pre-med.  I still wanted to be a doctor. Then I played doctor with my boyfriend and well, the rest is history, or is biology?  But I wouldn't trade my long tall drink of teenaged daughter for anything in the world. 

 

 

 

 

I get up by myself and write for a little while.  My daughter is either asleep or at my mother's; my husband is at work until lunch.  Then I begin to promote and read my emails and write some more.  It's a vicious cycle and I LOVE it.  In doing so, I fight for the right to stay in my pajamas all day long. One day I will triumph!

Oh My God is that a gray hair? *Pluck!* Time for another stint at Mozilla's House of Pain er Beauty. No, really I see.. Mary Lee, Emma and Clarence's granddaughter and that's a very powerful thing, believe it or not.  Despite the fact that all three of these people are gone now, they still live on and resonate in me each and every single time someone asks me if I am their granddaughter and that never fails to make me smile.
