Rednecks 'n' Roses is the story of a very unusual vampire. Rusty Nipple is a redneck.
He has not been a vampire for very long and does not know how they typically act.
Amber Blake is an aspiring romance author. She has recently been downsized from
her job. Wanting a place to work on her vampire themed romance novel, she travels to
Juniata County to live in the house she inherited from her cranky Aunt Ernestine. She is
thrilled to discover Rusty is a vampire but not so excited by his unusual habits. For
instance, according to Amber, vampires are not supposed to sleep in bathtubs. She
tries to reform him and teach him to be a typical vampire with some unexpected results.

The characters are intriguing and very well developed. The love scenes are smoking
hot and appropriate to the storyline. The unique characteristics of Ms. May's vampires
makes this a truly enchanting tale that I will read repeatedly.

Fangs 'n' Foxes' tells the tale of two of the most unique vampires I have ever read
about. Darnell DeLouis is the vampire leader of the Black Guards, a group of vampires
inhabiting Trenton, New Jersey. He is cool, suave, and debonnaire; but he has a
problem. Darnell is plagued with recurring toothaches that cause him great pain. He
also must prepare to fight the leader of a rival vampire group in order to protect his
territory. LaLilia Guitry is a dentist and a vampire. She is also a tooth fairy. Fixing
Darnell's toothache is easy. Trying to complete her real mission, which is to bring
peace between the two rival groups of vampires, is not as easy.

The characters are the most unique vampires I have ever read about. The love scenes
are very detailed and appropriate to the storyline. Ms. Ballou exhibits such imaginative
writing skills that the story almost pops right off the pages.

Frannie 'n' the Private Dick details the story of Francesca Valentine, a newly turned
vampire. She followed her fiancé because she was convinced he might be cheating on
her.  She found much more than she bargained for. Niall Keegan is a vampire. When
Frannie is fatally injured in front of him, he does the only thing he knows to save her. He
turns her into a vampire. He must then assist her in becoming used to her new life as a
creature of the night.

The characters are well developed and interesting to read about. The relationship
between Frannie and Niall progresses at a realistic pace. Ms. Devlin pens love scenes
that are so hot they can leave a reader searching for a glass of ice water. I know I
needed one before I was finished reading this story.

Nibbles 'n' Bits is a wonderful anthology that features vampire themed stories by three
extremely talented authors who utilize some very creative twists and turns that make
this book a must read for fans of the vampire genre. I greatly enjoyed all three stories
and will read them repeatedly. Nibbles 'n' Bits is most definitely a keeper!
