I come from a long line of readers. My mother read to me as a child and amazed me at the speed with which she would tear through a novel. So I guess it’s not surprising that I recognized the value of a well told story when I was just a wee lassie. I fell in love with “The Wizard of Oz” and it only continued from there. When I was 8 years old I discovered the magic of Narnia and never looked back. I am a student of history and enjoy historical fiction and non-fiction as well as fantasy. My favorite authors are Diana Gabaldon, John Jakes, J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Anne Rice, and Phillipa Gregory.
I reside in beautiful southwestern Pennsylvania with my fantastic 7 year old daughter, who also loves to read and is a blooming artist.
