Hi! Welcome to my little corner!

A little bit about me; I’m a graduate student, who, when not wading through journal articles, tutoring, marking or working on my research, loves to escape through a good book. I’ve been reading romance since I was a teenager; at that time I started with mainstay authors like Johanna Lindsay, Nora Roberts, Margaret Moore and Amanda Quick, and of course, all manner of Harlequins. I still love all those books, but have branched out and love to read new authors.

I am recently married, and so far my little family consists of my husband, and two wonderful cats, Sabrina and Normie. Hopefully, a baby will be in the near future as well!

Besides reading, I love watching movies (mostly at home, so I can snuggle up with blanket and popcorn), cooking, going to the gym and getting together with friends and family.

A few other interesting hobbies I have are playing Lego-related games on Xbox (Lego Batman, Lego Indiana Jones, etc.) and watching monster trucks. I just can’t seem to look away when they do all those crazy stunts! I am also taking a course on welding – trying to branch out and learn a new skill.
