his door. She begs him to turn her into a vampire, so she can exact vengeance on her
brother's killer.
William Dark has spent a lonely existence as a vampire. Over the years, he has had a
dozen people come to him, begging to be turned into a vampire and he has yet to grant
a single request. He lost a brother when he was trying to turn him into a vampire many
centuries ago, and he refuses to make the mistake again, so he's spent much of his
time alone, feeding only when necessary. He laughs at the beautiful young Savannah's
request, attempts to wipe her mind clean, and send her back to her hometown, but
her mind is not so easily cleared. She resists the compulsion and the story begins.
Together, they find her brother's killer, love, lust and adventure along the way.
The wow factor of this book is incredible. I could not put it down. Savannah Daniels
and William Dark are such interesting characters, and their pasts are so easily melded
together, that it was a genuine joy to read this tale. Good show, Cynthia. I truly hope
that there is more to come in the Savannah and William saga.
