My DH hates mayonnaise, which lets out a lot of dips, but he develioped this really basic recipe which is actually yummy, and since he inspired my new release I'm posting it for him.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp milk or cream

Allow cream cheese to soften slightly and beat with fork until smooth. Add garlic powder and thin with milk to the consistency suitable for what you will be dipping. Rich likes chips in a thinner dip and leaving it pretty firm for cracker spread. It's amazingly good - and obviously a guy recipe. I don't recommend it for an intimate candlelight dinner, but i5 will defnitely work for an afternoon watching sports with the boys.

And super easy, which is a great thing when you want something snacky. I've actually used it at parties, and people like it a lot.
