1/2 cup of walnuts
1 cup sugar
5 cups of water
2 cups of oil

16 medium prawns, peeled and cleaned
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup of egg whites

2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. mayonaise
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp condensed milk

1/2 cup of oil

Rinse walnuts and boil in 5 cups of water. Continuallly change water until clear. When clear, boil sugar until it dissolves.

Heat 2 cups oil until almost smoking. Deep fry walnuts until they are shiny and brown, no longer golden. Remove walnuts and place on cookie sheet to cool.

Mix cornstarch and egg whites together to form a thick, sticky texture and mix well with prawns. Set aside.

Mix honey, mayonaise, lemon juice, and condensed milk in medium bowl until smooth.

Heat oil until boiling, then deep fry prawns until golden brown.

Drain. Fold in honey-mayonaise mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle with walnuts and arange on a platter.

Serve on rice.
