I'd love a dollar for every time I've been asked this. Of course the tone of voice and the look on the faces vary :nah: :arghhhh: :censored: :swoon: :huh_oh: :nono:
that about covers it hehe
Easy answer
I When I first decided to become a writer for a living, I searched the internet for possible markets. I'd never even heard of an e-book then.. that was only 4 years ago. I latched onto the idea and I knew I still had stacks to learn about writing the words how publishers wanted to see them on paper. I decided that erotic romance was a mover and a shaker, and it was the way I could quickly gauge where my writing was at. A few pubs were asking for short stories to be published fairly quickly, so I figured I could learn a long the way.
Besides all that I loved the idea of getting the inside story of the relationships. I'd always wished romances had gone into more detail without losing a decent plot. Erotic romance and erotica worked perfectly for me. But it's not all I will ever write, although no matter what, I will always write it.
