What are you having for dinner tonight?

Someone please inspire me. Nothing sounds good and I am fairly certain that my family is tired of fish and soup LOL. I have 1/2 jar of pimentos, a bunch of scallions, and a bunch of fresh oregano and cilantro that I was hoping to use tonight but I don't think its going to happen.

We're having Cajun pan-fried tilapia, baked french fries and a green salad. Pretty basic.

I just had a tuna salad....I also love carrot soup with some cheese cubes.
