I've never met a cheese I didn't like.

Our all purpose cheese is Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar.

I buy it in two pound blocks and stash half in the back of the refrigerator where DH won't dig for it. I use it for everything from casseroles to tacos.

If you had a choice to bring either a sugar cookie or a block of your favorite cheese to a desserted island (pun spelling approved), which one would it be?

I'd go with the cheese! It would last longer than the cookie.

My favorite cheese is Feta. I like chedder, mozzarella and a couple of others as well.

I don't know about brands the only one available down here in the South is Kraft which is okay. But my favorite flavor of cheese is a really sharp cheddar. As for other types of cheese, well..they're all equally gouda to me.
