An avatar is the small picture that is found under your name on the left hand side of the posts. To set one up this is what you need to do.

From the User CP (http://www.coffeetimeromance.com/board/usercp.php) you need to click on Edit Avatar (http://www.coffeetimeromance.com/board/profile.php?do=editavatar) under the Setting & Options area over on the left hand side of the screen.

When you get to the next screen you need to select Use Custom Avatar. You may select a photo from a website (like your photobucket album or your blog) by copying and pasting the URL to the picture in the first selection box.

Or you may select a photo from your own photo album on your computer. You need to click the browse button by the second selection box and it will bring up a smaller screen that you can use to find and select your photos in your computer (see below).

If you have a custom avatar and want to keep it as it is, leave the fields below as they are.

You may upload a new custom image using the controls below.

Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website <INPUT class=bginput dir=ltr onchange="check_yes('avatar_yes')" size=45 value=http://www. name=avatarurl> <INPUT type=hidden value=67108864 name=MAX_FILE_SIZE>
Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer <INPUT class=bginput type=file onchange="check_yes('avatar_yes')" size=45 name=upload>
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

Note: If you have a pop-up blocker you may need to shut it off or allow pop-ups from this site if necessary.
