Hey, Irish. I hope Intimate Deceptions will come out in print within the year. I'm working on two new things now -- the third book in the Dangerous Encounters books I've been doing and a new Sci-Fi erotica!

Hey, SJ -- the SF working title is Mate Hunter. It's about a society that has a life span of average 1000 years but because they've automated many things having to do with this they've made themselves mostly sterile -- yet there's this push to keep the races pure -- put in the fact that there's two competiting families in the mix trying to wound each other, and when Rurik the Conquerer comes to earth to find a woman he'd had mated with before -- an earthling who didn't know his background, one to whom he'd wanted to bond with to repopulate his family line -- not only has she aged but she gets wounded. He's beams her up to his spaceship and has her 'repaired'. When she wakes she finds she's younger -- since the aliens had been able to kill the disease and such that ages a humanoid body.... Now, Rurik must convince her she isn't dreaming and secure her agreement to be his mate.
That's the short of it. Still have a ways to go to finish this!

wohoo, sounds really interesting Lise, do your guys have a way to stabilize the ovaries to prevent the ova dying too quickly. That's always been a problem for my longevity lasses, trying to hold back the menopause for a few hundred years...

Pfffff! Yeah, S.J., that's part of the whole longetivity thing. And the cool thing is recently I read an article that proposed just that -- which solidified my ideas on this. what are you writing these days?

On the romantic (erotic) side it's a continuation of the PIACT undercover agent series. A five novel space opera of two warring societies but dealing individually with five PIACT agents and five colony leaders over the five books. How they join forces to fight off the rather unpleasant bad guys and fall in love at the same time.
Heh, long and involved, but I like multiple storylines and I think it makes the books intriguing seeing how the background characters lives run their own story around the main hero and heroine.
My peeps don't live quite as long as yours. I think my oldest was a retired military general and she only lived to 500 cos she was so ornery :)

LOL, well I dunno if I can put up an excerpt when it's not even finished yet... Hmm, will have to ask about that one.

Oh, don't put up one until it's finished then. That might be easier. I can wait for it. ;)
