View Full Version : Love's majesty
September 24th, 2007, 11:40 PM
Weeping willows wildly blown
tossed, unsightly leaves unkempt
fought before the wind's relent,
Seven stones of seven sands,
ravaged by the heartless sea
pounded hard, uneasily
Frigid fjords of frozen fissures
preserved and held within their sight
glowing in the dawn so bright
Homely heart and helping heeds
where one on one with two shall grow
eternity for they shall know

I'm definitely well loved but I would just once love a poem written just for me. LOL
September 29th, 2007, 07:09 PM
A little love poem for Bec.
With this touch, and silent word
there's little to be said
where loving gaze
with thoughts so stilled
And hearts and feelings led.
Come close to me, with whispered sighs
and hold my longing still
for all I am belongs to you
and for forever, will.

:whoohoo: Thanks SJ! That little poem is just awesome
HugMe for SJ

Hey everyone deserves to have themselves a little love poem
October 9th, 2007, 02:17 AM
Awsome poem! Cheerleader Another beauty!
That was sweet of you to do for Bec, S.J.!!
October 9th, 2007, 09:42 PM
And one for Dani too.
Over hill and through the dale
the wind has whispered clear,
The path to follow that I shall
to find someone so dear
Through briar patch and willow glade
and shady hollow still
I follow where my love does lead
and my desires fulfill
Then quietly, softly, in the night
When we two close and meet
To sup the tender wine of love
That makes the joining sweet.

Awwwww, that was so beautiful!! I'm gonna cry now!
Thanks you so much S.J.!!!! Cheerleader
October 9th, 2007, 10:19 PM

October 10th, 2007, 12:16 AM
I guess I should write one for Ness too, and maybe butter up Karenne with one since she's helped me so much with the forum.
October 10th, 2007, 12:17 AM
Ya think? They might get a little jealous if you didn't.
October 10th, 2007, 12:29 AM
Hmm will work on them tomorrow and see what pops up
October 10th, 2007, 12:33 AM
Ummm...with the way my mind is headed right now the last part of that sentence just didn't sound right...:roflmao: Okay, I'm naughty right now.
October 10th, 2007, 12:41 AM
Well, yes. Uhm.
Maybe I didn't quite express myself correctly :)
October 10th, 2007, 12:42 AM
Dani you'll end up in the naughty corner :swoon:
October 10th, 2007, 12:47 AM
S.J., have I made you uncomfortable now?
Bec, I think I'm already there!! :roflmao:
October 10th, 2007, 12:54 AM
Nope, no naughty corner, you guys have too much fun over there. :)
Not Embarrassed embarrassed :)
Having had a 28 year old step daughter attempt to embarrass my wife and I by describing her latest sex habits has made me somewhat thick skinned :sleep1:
Mind you she ran like a rabbit when I came back from the bedroom carrying a vibrator...
Am I mean or something? :tank:
October 10th, 2007, 12:57 AM
No, but it's like I tell my mom...I know you're having sex, but I don't want to know that you are or what you use during that time! :roflmao:
October 10th, 2007, 01:01 AM
Hehe some kids just have to push the boundaries though. They like to think they're the first generation to have thought of something.
Nope, Sorry, That's been around since the ancient greeks
October 10th, 2007, 01:09 AM
Yeah I know. I never had to push things with my mom though because nothing I could say would shock her! She's a nurse, so I learned early. Plus, she's the (and she'll kill me for saying this) kinkiest of her sisters and talks to all of us kids (my cousins and myself) about sex. :roflmao:
October 10th, 2007, 01:21 AM
Heh but you grew up wiser, safer and more well rounded because of that.
October 10th, 2007, 01:27 AM
You aren't kidding! Whoever I date someday, will have to show me proof of being clean of all STDs before anything happens with my body involved! I've seen what those diseases can do and I don't want them.
October 10th, 2007, 01:34 AM
Tell me about it, at my sister in law's daughter's high school they had thirty odd cases of students with gonnahrea (spelling?) in the mouth -- they all believed that oral sex was safe sex.
Well, it doesn't get you pregnant but...
October 10th, 2007, 01:41 AM
That's just so discusting! Gonorrhea is nothing to play around with. Don't these people educate their kids about these things? I mean, hello...If a guy has sores on his privates then you don't touch them and you stay away from him like the plague. I don't care if the guy's captian of the football team and dating him will make me super popular, I'd be unpopular because I wouldn't touch anything like that!
October 11th, 2007, 09:17 PM
The funny thing is one of the boys mother's lamented about how her son had been forced to endure such treatment.
Yep, I'm absolutely sure the girl had to tie him down to a chair first.
October 11th, 2007, 09:48 PM
Yeah right, like he was really forced to sit there and take it. :roflmao:
October 11th, 2007, 10:07 PM
Hehe I believe they tried, unsuccessfully, to explain that to the mother :)
October 11th, 2007, 10:17 PM
Some mothers don't want to see the reality of what their kids are actually doing.
I think I'd go crazy to find someting like that out about my son. I can tell you I'd box his ears and tell him that's what he deserves if he's gonna be stupid.
Sometimes the only thing you can do is teach them right from wrong and hope for the best.
October 11th, 2007, 10:53 PM
Well, obviously no one was teaching anyone anything,
October 11th, 2007, 10:58 PM
Unfortunately not and I can hardly believe it. You'd think that parents would be teaching their kids more, especially with all that's out there these days. :baffled:
October 15th, 2007, 11:59 PM
If I had kids I know I would.
Overall though I guess I've been lucky not to have kids given my rather checkered marital history.
October 16th, 2007, 12:23 AM
Sometimes it's better that way.
I know a few people that should have never had kids to begin with. Sad, but true!!
October 16th, 2007, 09:16 AM
And some folks I've known who had them and repeatedly said they didn't want them. Feel sorry for the poor kid then
October 16th, 2007, 04:58 PM
That's a sad situation.
October 16th, 2007, 05:04 PM
Yea some folks should never have kids :(
