As a veterinarian, Tambra works long hours and has little time to "search" for a man. When she unexpectedly meets a man covered with tattoos and wearing a kilt, holding a small bunny while attending a Wiccan retreat she discovers things aren't always what they seem.

Tambra froze in her tracks as she stared at the gorgeous male five paces ahead of her. She'd be late for the morning circle, but this would be worth the lecture later. He wasn't watching where he was going, but instead looked down at the small bundle of rags he held in his hands.
Mr. Gorgeous was tanned and muscular. Since he was dressed in nothing but a kilt, she could easily see the tattoos that covered most of his legs, arms and chest, but didn't detract from his looks at all. What woman wouldn't want a bad boy like him? By the time she realized he was on a collision course with her, she tried to sidestep, but wasn't fast enough.
"Oomph," she gasped as her breath escaped in a whoosh and a tingle of electricity raced through her body starting at the point of contact and ending at her curled toes.
"Sorry." His voice was low and husky as he lifted his gaze from his bundle to her.
"It's okay." She stared, caught up in the emerald green of his eyes. There probably wasn't one thing about him that would disappoint. Maybe he was stupid, or mean, or something. He couldn't look this fine and have a good personality.
"I wasn't looking where I was going." He licked his lips as he held her gaze.
Was he caught up in the same sexual charge she felt? Did he know she wanted nothing more than to throw him down on the ground and ride him fast and hard?
"It's okay." She sounded so breathy and desperate. Yet judging by the way his nostrils flared and his eyes darkened, he liked it.
"Do you know Tambra Wood?"
Tambra blinked. The hunk was looking for her.

“If you aren’t alone, I can come back. Or…can you take look at Thumper?”
“Thumper?” She almost snickered, but didn’t. It was cute that he’d named the bunny. She hoped he wouldn’t be too heartbroken when Thumper died. “I’m alone. Just give me a minute.”
She could hear him pacing as she switched on her battery-powered lantern and glanced around the tent. Everything looked okay, but her scent still filled the air. With a sigh, she quickly unzipped the windows and then the door for him.
“What’s wrong with Thumper?”
Blade looked at her with such desperate sadness that her heart skipped a beat, before it thundered in her chest. Had he died already? Silently, she reached for the bunny and walked over to the table. Avoiding looking at him would be easy as long as she had the bunny to fuss over. He had to smell the evidence of her arousal lingering in the air and she could feel the heat that still burned her face.
Tambra gently set the bunny down on the table and opened her sweater. Thumper’s mouth moved and she hissed out a relieved breath. At least he wasn’t dead. “What’s wrong?”
“He won’t drink. He was doing well but the last time I tried to feed him he wouldn’t drink any. He wore more of it than I got into him.”
He wasn’t going to want to drink. The poor little guy was dying.
“Blade.” She met his gaze. “I warned you that he probably wouldn’t make it.”
“No, no. He’ll make it. You know what to do, right?”
Tambra sighed and looked down at Thumper. She rubbed his back and held out her hand. “Blade, can I have the bottle, please?”
“Yes.” Blade put the medicine dropper in her hand.
He stepped close and leaned over her as she rubbed on the bunny’s throat to stimulate it to suck as she dropped a bit of milk on its lips. After a few minutes, she was satisfied at the little bit she coerced into Thumper and laid the bunny down on a clean section of her sweater to bundle him up again.
“Thank you.” Blade’s hand covered hers over the bunny.
“You’re welcome.” She shrugged the thank you aside. “I’d have done it for any animal. It’s why I’m a vet. I can’t resist the little buggers.”
“So you weren’t with someone when I came here?” he asked as he looked around her tent.
“Just me, myself and I.” She forced a smile as the tell-tale red color seeped back into her cheeks.
“I didn’t interrupt anything?” He asked as he walked over to her bed and sat down.
She gasped as the movement shifted her pillow and she could see part of Willy sticking out.
“Not at all.” She practically leapt on the bed, placing herself between him and the pillow, and leaned back, trying to hide her vibrator.
“I didn’t expect you to be so forward.” He grinned.

Amelia from eCataromance Sensual gave Bunny 4 Stars and said:
With the focus of the story being on the hero and heroine plus the adorable bunny, the circumstances quickly change from sometimes humorous to lusty to even touching. Readers are given an enjoyable tale of discovering passion when least expected by author Michelle Hasker.
While on the way to a gathering during her retreat, Tambra Wood literally runs into a man she had been ogling. The well-built man appeared to not be looking where he was going because he was concentrating on whatever he is holding in his arms. After apologizing for the mishap, he asks for her by name. It seems he came upon a lone baby bunny in the woods and needs the assistance of this woman who is a veterinarian. Since Tambra cannot refuse in helping a hurt animal, she does what she can for the animal plus shows the man, who has introduced himself as Blade, how to care for the small creature.
Most of Tambra’s time is focused on her career, but she does often feel rather lonely and would love to find a special man with whom to share her life. Although she senses the inner personality of Blade may be much different from his rough physical looks, she wonders how he feels about her. There is certainly an abundance of sexual tension between them whenever they are near each other, and Tambra would be more than willing to help Blade find some relief.
Though a little bunny brought Blade and Tambra together, it is the intense desire they feel for each other which also has them seeking out the other from time to time. Filled with fiery love scenes, this couple definitely knows about passion and how to express it with eagerness. The moments concerning the tiny critter are touchingly written, and there are some amusing times when Blade and Tambra first meet in her tent. Whether the scene is sensual in nature or more emotional, the genuine feelings of the characters come to the surface, making the event all the more real. Michelle Hasker has composed a delightfully passionate story with BUNNY LOVE.
Thanks Amelia :)

Donna from Fallen Angels Reviews gave Bunny Love 4 Angels and said:
Tamara Wood notices him, how could she not, a gorgeous man in nothing but a kilt with tattoos. When he runs into her and asks where he can find Tamara Wood, it’s a dream come true. Of course he needs her services, vet services that is, with a baby bunny that needs saving. She’s hoping he can feel the heat that is between them.
Blade needs help keeping the bunny alive. The sparks that ignite between him and Tamara are just icing on the cake. He’s hoping that he can take the place of her vibrator. Can he save the bunny and keep this thing between them going, or will it fizzle out when the retreat is over?
What can I say about a story that heats up the blood from the on-set? Ms. Hasker sure knows what readers want from their erotica; hunky men and the women who love to love them. Throw in a cute baby bunny and you have a story that not only scorches the pages but one that pulls at the heartstrings as well. A quick read for when you’re standing in line or riding the bus or train on the way to your own adventure.
Thanks, Donna :)

Tanya from Joyfully Reviewed called Bunny Love a super spicey read:
<TABLE id=AutoNumber2 style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; MARGIN-LEFT: 20px; MARGIN-RIGHT: 10px; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" borderColor=#111111 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=750 border=0><TBODY><TR><TD>Tambra is a veterinarian who spends most of her time looking out for animals. This does not leave her much time for finding a man, or satisfying her baser needs. She is instantly drawn to Blade who shows up at the retreat she is on with not only a baby bunny, but with the hottest body she has seen in a long time. She is sure that he won’t be as attracted to her as she is to him and does not pursue him at first, until an embarrassing situation pushes them together.
Bunny Love was a super spicy read. I love how the character while camping must have the comforts of home. I still wonder why Blade is wearing a kilt and how the bunny made out. I also wish the author talked a little more about the retreat that Tambra was on. I think the author did a wonderful job in writing the thoughts and needs of the characters as well as setting the sensual scenes up. Bunny Love is hot and quick read.

I'm glad you enjoyed the story. I had a continuation planned, but got sidetracked. It's about what happens after the retreat is over. :)
