Professor Randy Pausch died this morning.

I didn't know the man personally and perhaps you have no idea who I'm speaking of but he's the professor who gave the famous "last lecture (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ji5_MqicxSo&feature=related)" after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer over two years ago. He did more with the last two years of his life then most of us will ever do with our entire lives, and he touched me deeply. My heart and prayers are with his wife, Jai, this evening and with their children.

Thank you Professor Pausch for everything you taught me and all of us.

I'll keep his family in my thoughts and prays. We had a lady who lived quiet near us she also died of cancer after spending years raising money for research. At the moment her daughter and husband are riding bicycles the lenghth of the country (some thing Jane did a few years ago) it is hoped that the money raised will put the funds raised by the Jane Tomlinson Appeal to over 2,000,000 (yes million).

That's very interesting. I'll have to watch the rest of it when I get more time.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
