What is a book without a cover? I thought it might be fun to start a thread for people to show off their cover artists, or arty friends, or anything else of that ilk.

I'd like to introduce you to Tom Brown, an extraordinary artist. http://www.copperage.deviantart.com/

There are two artists that I enjoy the work of and they both do book covers.

One is Tony Mauro (he does Yasmine Galenorn's and Anya Bast's covers). http://www.darkdayproductions.com/

And the other is Dan Dos Santos (he does Patricia Briggs' covers). http://www.dandossantos.com/home.html

When I saw this thread, I just had to jump in to promote my lovely, exceptionally talented cover artist, Aoi Shu. So far, I'm the only one who has used her services, but I suspect her career has only just begun!

To give you a preview of her work, here are the two covers I commissioned her to make for me:

what I've seen of Aoi Shu's work is impressive. I think you're right, she could well be going places.

If she doesn't, I'll be shocked. That girl can draw just about anything. Makes me wish I had mad-art skillz!
